Managing Director - Gregory S. Richmond
Greg Richmond, Managing Director and founder of RGS Limited, LLC has been a critical influence in the company's development of strategic breach insurance products designed for small and medium size businesses. These programs are deployed through various channels including financial institutions, payment processors, third party service providers and insurance companies for the benefit of their policyholders.

Mr. Richmond has a comprehensive understanding of the payments industry from both a domestic and international prospective. Mr. Richmond's broad knowledge of the payments industry has afforded him notable Fortune 500 clients and a number of large national and regional banks.

Prior to forming RGS Limited in 2007, Mr. Richmond served as Division President of Doeren Mayhew Risk Management, LLC where his responsibilities included management, insurance company relations, administration, and oversight of the underwriting staff that supported domestic and international insurance clients. In addition, Mr. Richmond developed a number of programs ranging from workers compensation for construction association, payroll service provider and employee leasing companies (PEO’s), franchise healthcare programs through Blue Cross Blue Shield NASCO, life insurance program for Native American Tribes, military housing insurance program for the armed services privatized housing initiative, personal auto insurance program (AAA of Michigan) distributed through payroll providers, prepaid insurance program for MasterCard and its member issuing banks and uncollectable chargeback program for acquiring banks.

Mr. Richmond has worked exclusively in the insurance industry for more than 35 and is licensed in all 50 states for Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines. He has also earned and maintains the professional designation of Certified Licensed Insurance Counselor.

Mr. Richmond also serves on the Board and is Treasurer of Holy Cross Children’s Services, one of the largest private, not-for-profit providers of children’s services in Michigan.

Director - Robert Halsey
Robert Halsey is a founder and the president of RGS Limited, LLC. Before founding RGS, Mr. Halsey served as a senior executive for Ideal Technology Solutions, LDMI, and Wise Solutions, all of which were later acquired by public companies for a combined total of $75 million. His track record includes successful corporate reorganizations and consolidations, building business units, creating start-ups, and turning around struggling enterprises. Mr. Halsey also has considerable experience in building business relationships and managing sales and operations in both Europe and Asia. His most recent role was as president of Omnex, Inc., an international operational consulting and software company. While at Omnex, Mr. Halsey oversaw global business operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China, Thailand, Germany, and India. Under his leadership, Omnex enjoyed 40% growth, diversified its customer base from 80% automotive to 55% non-automotive, and opened an office in Germany.

In addition, Mr. Halsey has been active in public service. He worked as an aide to former Michigan governor John Engler, serving as both the Director of Local Government Affairs and as the Associate Director of the Southeastern Michigan Office of the Governor.

Mr. Halsey earned his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in political theory from Michigan State University. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the founder of the Southeast Michigan Breakfast Roundtable.

Director - Ted Richmond
Ted Richmond has been with RGS since 2011 and has been responsible for managing and developing new sales channels, product development, and market development.

Mr. Richmond holds property casualty, surplus lines, and life and health licenses.

Mr. Richmond received his Bachelors of Science in Commerce with a concentration in economics from DePaul University in 2010.
